Russin Lumber is a
wholesale building material distributor located in Montgomery, New York
in the Mid Hudson Valley. Russin have been distributing quality building
materials to the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states for over 50 years.
They employ 135 people throughout in a distribution center,
re-manufacturing facility and factory finishing operations.
Russin distribute
brand name wood products and alternative non-wood products with a fleet of 18 tractor trailers. Their re-manufacturing facility has the
ability to create any pattern profile on a wide variety of pine and
cedar boards. They also operate a state of the art factory finishing
facility which specializes in one- and two-coat job lot projects. This
facility also specializes in high volume production runs of house trim
including their own oil based proprietary product called “Ultra
Sheen,” a fine oil-based trim board.
Jordan Russin, VP of Sales, was introduced to Salesmatrix by his
business consultant. With current contractions in their industry
sector, Jordan quickly saw the potential power that Salesmatrix
would provide in assisting to understand his companies business patterns
and issues. Salesmatrix was linked to the timber billing system Russin
used and soon
the enhanced business intelligence was proving its worth. Jordan has
begun a regular review process with his sales team showing and discussing
